We are seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to expand our reach in the GCC markets. Our platform,

ReadyFor.Biz, is a subscription-based, all-in-one, AI-powered business management solution designed for small and medium-sized businesses. It integrates over 14 essential tools into a single platform, streamlining operations, enhancing customer interactions, and automating tasks to boost business efficiency. ReadyFor.Biz supports various industries, from real estate and clinics to auto service shops, by providing services such as calendar management, marketing automation, CRM, and reputation management.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients through outreach via calls, emails, social media, and on-ground visits (if needed).

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects using research and networking.

  • Present and demonstrate ReadyFor.Biz’s features, emphasizing benefits tailored to each industry.

  • Collaborate closely with our team to ensure smooth handover of clients for onboarding.

  • Track and report on sales activities using our CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Must be based in one of the GCC countries and on their own visa.

  • Sufficient English language proficiency is a must, Arabic is a big plus

  • Experience in B2B software sales is required.

  • Proven track record in selling to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).

  • Access to a network of SMBs is highly desirable.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to exceed targets.

Compensation:

  • Commission-based: Equal to one month of the subscription contract value for each new sale.

  • Recurring Revenue: 5% of monthly subscription revenue for as long as the client remains subscribed.

  • Bonus: Every 6th contract signed will include a bonus commission of 1.5x the contract value.

  • Payment Terms: Commissions will be paid only for signed and paid contracts.

Terms & Conditions

  • Any misrepresentation or attempts to sign fake contracts will lead to immediate termination, and commissions for such contracts will not be paid.

  • All commissions will be paid via online transfers to your local bank account in USD.

  • Commissions will be paid only for signed and paid contracts, after the completion of the trial period ends (if any).

  • Failure to provide your local bank details for commission transfers will lead to suspension of any due payment.

  • Readyfor.biz reserves the right to terminate the sales agreement contract at any moment in time, with or without a reason.
